SOFTWARE ENGINEER · FOUNDER

I build intelligent systems, so my time goes to what matters.

I'm Gabriel. I'm a software engineer, and I run my companies on systems I designed myself. They keep the day-to-day moving, reliably and by my rules, so my time goes to my family, to growing, and to the next thing I build.

Systems

How my companies run.

Behind each company are people, and the systems I build to work alongside them. Every part is connected, so information flows on its own and the work keeps moving. The team focuses on what needs a person, and the big decisions come to me.

Operations

The admin that keeps a company running stays up to date, and I sign off on everything that goes out.

Ideas

The system keeps an eye on what's changing and brings me what's worth sharing.

Checks

Regular checks and reports, kept short and backed by evidence.

Review

Everything gets a second look before it ships.

My businesses run on AI agents. These are their rules.

My companies run on a team of AI agents. They are fast, and sometimes they get it wrong. Three rules keep them useful.

About

I grew up in Arequipa, a city surrounded by three volcanoes. I spent my childhood looking up at their peaks, and learned early that the top is always in sight. Getting there is the daily climb.

Football taught me how to climb. I played all my life, in the ranks of Total Clean in 2009, FBC Melgar in 2010 and Cobresol in 2011, until surgery in 2011 kept me out for a long time.

Moving to Brisbane was hard: a new country, and starting again. So I did what football taught me. Train every day, look after body and mind, and get a little better each time. I took that into uni and into work, finishing a double degree at QUT, a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Computer and Software Systems and a Bachelor of Information Technology in Computer Science, while building web applications for small businesses. I graduated with years of real client work behind me.

Now I build businesses between the two cities. Football, running and the trips in between are on Instagram @gabogz.
